FAQ

Do we have to switch messengers?

No. We add a work bot to the messenger you already use. Check the Messengers section above for supported services. If you don't have one yet, we'll help you pick one that fits.

Do we need groupware like NAVER WORKS?

No. Calendar, task board, to-dos, announcements and manuals are all inside Sangsang Work. The messenger is only for work bot alerts and one-line reports.

Will my team have a lot to learn?

No. It starts with one line in the messenger: progress, blocked or done. The web screen is there when needed, and your manuals live in the Help Center.

Which AI do you use?

We mix models by task. Sensitive raw content such as calls and messages is handled by local AI on your own PC; document work and search use cloud AI.

We don't want our data outside the company.

Choose the on-premise plan. Data stays on your own server PC and NAS and is processed by local AI. External AI is used only for tasks the CEO allows, and the dashboard shows that no raw data has left.

Won't AI usage get expensive?

Repeat questions are answered from manuals, simple or sensitive work goes to local or free models, and paid AI is used only where it matters. Per-person usage and limits are managed on the dashboard.

We have no manuals. Can we still start?

Yes. Describe a task in plain words and AI turns it into a manual; every time the CEO answers a staff question, the manuals grow. Before long, AI handles the most common questions.

How much does it cost?
